Have Your Say on the Main Issues Report

Deadline for Comments - 14 January 2011 (Update: Deadline extended until 11 Feb 2011). No further issues can be raised after this deadline

Perth and Kinross council has published a Main Issues Report which sets out the Council's proposals for the development of the area. There are 2 options for Fossoway:

1. Option 1 is to distribute the 90 houses between 3-4 small settlements.20-30 Houses each in Blairingone (East), Blairingone (North), Powmill Farm / Hotel, Scotlandwell and Wester Balgedie.
2. Option 2 is to put all 90 houses on either
   • Naemoor Road, Crook of Devon; or
   • The Thomson Homes development site in Powmill

The Council is currently consulting the community on these proposals, ending on the 14th January 11 Feb 2011.

There are drop-in sessions at Loch Leven Community Campus on Monday 18th October 2pm – 8pm and on Saturday 6th November 10am – 4pm at which you can speak to officers, raise issue and submit comments.
