Fossoway Community Council Minutes - December Meeting

Fossoway & District Community Council met in Crook of Devon at the Institute on 13 December 2010.

As well as discussion on the Perth & Kinross Main Issues Report, including where new housing developments should be allowed in Fossoway, there were updates on the ongoing saga of Blairingone War Memorial and the clean up at Dunning Glen.

There was also a presentation from Lambhill Energy, who wish to put a renewable energy combined heat and power (CHP) plant on the former Oran site in Blairingone. This generated plenty of lively discussion.

A presentation was also given by McCrae and McCrae about an early proposal to build a substantial amount of housing, including affordable housing, in the village of Blairingone.
