Green Knowes Windfarm Repowering Consultation

A977 Traffic Calming: Crook of Devon, Powmill and Blairingone
Track proposed traffic calming and how community feedback influences the designs. FDCC submitted its response on 15 June 2026 and was still awaiting a substantive PKC response in September; no renewed public response window has been confirmed.
